Most of us have lived with the “medical model” of health and success. We wait for disease, or failure, to appear and then try to make it better. In medicine, the preferred remedies have been surgery and drugs; in other areas of life, it has been psychotherapy (often including drugs) – fix what is wrong. The Goldstein Group approaches health and success with a different philosophy. 

We have learned from our clients that the most lasting outcomes of coaching are to open doors: To our assumptions about ourselves; to the way our emotions can distort clear thinking; and to the way we project our past into our future.  

Our team has decades of experience coaching and mentoring hundreds of individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. From this, we have developed a philosophy that focuses on coaching that guides each client to ”open doors” to their own capabilities, make critical decisions about careers and relationships, and, as a result, find deep and lasting satisfaction in life.
