Since each client is unique, we first learn as much as possible about you. Only then can we begin to suggest questions to ask yourself – questions that will clarify what are the right goals for you at this time, what are the obstacles that stand in the way, and what are the most promising actions you will want to take moving forward:
-
- Clarify your assumptions about life – your core beliefs – to determine exactly what they are and whether they are actually true in the outside world
- Determine your emotional and rational thinking processes: Are you clear on which applies best to a particular situation or decision?
- Recognize risk and tradeoffs: Develop techniques to cope with dilemmas and uncertainty
- Investigate, accept, and take advantage of your own uniqueness.
